A 10 week Coaching Course :
Taking the overwhelm out of change

I am so excited to offer this very hands-on 10 week 1-on-1 coaching course: Learn about what lights you up. Understand what happens to the brain and body with stress. Learn about the three stages of change. Be taught breathing techniques that help get you out of overwhelm, tap into the quality of the Feminine and Masculine. Create your own rituals and find your flow.

Session 1: Remembering what lights you up and how you want to feel

Checking in, seeing where you are at, what is going on for you. This session is all about finding what lights you up, what brings you joy. How you are feeling and how you want to feel, health/life/work goals and what that looks like to achieve this.

Session 2: Understanding the brain and body when under stress

This session is all about learning what happens in your body and mind when you are in a constant stress state, and how you can complete that stress cycle, so you can get back  to  what you are here to do! You will also learn about the stages of change and learn to identify when you are stuck in the resistance stage and what you can do about this.

Session 3: Learn to breathe correctly and the art of emotional self regulation

This is all about integration and understanding the mind body connection. If we learn to breathe properly we can switch from stress to rest and digest. If we learn to become an observer with our judgement, we can start to self regulate our emotions. It's a very powerful practice.

Session 4: Quality of the Feminine and Masculine. Creating rituals

Learn about tapping into your power and your intuition through working with the polarities of the femmine and masucline, as when they are in balance there is flow and action. Finding simple daily rituals that help to create change and keep you anchored into yourself.

Session 5: Finding your flow and staying in it. Creating a personal self care plan

Checking in, seeing where you are at, what is going on for you. This session is all about finding what lights you up, what brings you joy. How you are feeling and how you want to feel, health/life/work goals and what that looks like to achieve this
