Somatic Integration

It is a way to provide SPACE for you to understand and explore how your body is communicating to you and learn how to follow your body's natural process of healing and expansion. 

This is quite often the missing piece with Burn out. 

Learning to understand stress in the body can be a game changer. 

Through gentle somatic movement like Qi-gong you can learn to regulate your own nervous system. 

I am a Qi-gong practitioner and as part of this course will be teaching you some forms that will help bring you  back into your own flow.

What is the time investment?

​

There will be five 1 hour zoom calls weekly over the  28days. 

It is also advised you spend some time going food shopping before you start the course

​

I can't make all the zooms? 

​

I get it, we all have life going on. All zooms will be recorded so you can watch reply's if you can't make it

All zooms are on Sunday at 7.30pm N.Z time

​

What  type of support do it get?

​

A lot! You will have the weekly 1 hour Zooms check in's with me,

You will have a private FB page that I will be posting daily in and answering any questions you have.

You will also receive  informative relevant handouts on the topics covered

Will there be meal plans and recipes? 

​

Yes, I am a foodie! So over the 28 days you will have access to delish recipes, meal plans and food suggestions.

I've just completed the 21-Day Metabolic Reset with Coryn. I felt supported the whole journey and took away so much more than I had initially signed up for which was to learn how to safely fast. It caught me by surprise how much energy that I had after the 3 day juice fast. I now be making fasting a regular part of my health and wellness as well as adding a lot more protein to my diet as even though I was eating fairly healthy before the reset it wasn't enough protein.
