You are invited to join us for a day of deliciousness, rest & connection.

A nourishing day of unwinding, connection and ah-ha moments. Our day retreat focuses on supporting your mental health and wellbeing through the transition into menopause.

This is a day just for you, to understand and attend to your unique needs.  Leave afterwards feeling supported and empowered, in community with other women going through the same challenges.

Gain an understanding about what is going on for you, as you transition into a totally different stage of your life.

We know how challenging this time can be!  We also love to promote the radical concept that this can be an incredible time for women's personal growth.  We live in a modern culture that glorifies youth and diminishes the value of aging.  Let’s stand tall and strong together, as we invite you to experience menopause as entering an era of deep wisdom and mature self-awareness.

What Will I come away with?

Learn

Which resources you can use to help navigate your way through peri-menopause and into menopause.

What happens to the brain with declining hormones, and how this can affect your mental health.

How to understand your own unique symptoms and how to self-regulate.

Discover your constitutional type from a yogic perspective, and how to tailor practices to cool, calm, soothe and restore energy.

How to notice when stressors come up, how your body responds and ways to help get you out of the stress loop quicker.

Experience

Nourishing slow mindful yoga practices that meet your changing mood and guide the nervous system towards relaxation.

Learn simple breathing techniques to bring you back to balance in times of need.

Insightful, engaging and interactive workshops giving you the knowledge you need to make positive changes in your life.  Changes that support you to live a more enjoyable life.

Connect

It’s time for you to slow down and feel a little more connected to yourself.

Arrive in a supportive environment that gives you space to ground your energy, notice how you feel and what you need, as well as connect with other fantastic, like-minded women going through a similar stage in life.

We know each woman’s experience of peri-menopause is so unique.  Yet together we can support each other to rise!

A day to press pause.  A day of deep nourishment and reconnection.  A day to put yourself first. Be in an environment that you can settle into yourself and what you need, connect with other like minded women going through a similar stage in life.

The power of women getting together and learning and sharing from each other.

A bit about me, Coryn

I have been in the wellness industry for 20 years. I am a qualified naturopath and body worker that sees one-on-one clients. I run online group programs and workshops. I am an experienced retreat facilitator. I am currently doing my teacher training in Qigong as I am so passionate about the breath and mind-body connection that something like Qigong can create. I am a foodie and just love the concept of food for health and love teaching this to others.

I love the magic that unfolds when we are in a space that allows us to just be, and the energy a retreat takes on all on its own.

I love having a bit of a laugh and remembering that we all have a playful side and as adults, this sometimes gets forgotten. My 3 kids remind me of this, and I am grateful for that.

My jam is helping you find your jam.

A bit about, Sarah

Sarah is a certified mental health-aware yoga teacher and has taught therapeutic yoga for over a decade.  She loves to share how powerful slowing down can be to regulate the nervous system.  Sarah turned to slow, mindful, nervous system yoga having realised that fitness yoga was actually creating more stress in her mind and body.  She believes that health and wellbeing is a unique journey for each woman, and advocates incorporating yoga and meditation into life as well as considering all options available. Sarah is Mum to 2 teenage young women and will soon celebrate turning 50!

Coryn and Sarah will candidly share their own personal journeys, as well as tools and insights from their own fields of expertise.  The day will focus on a well-rounded and non-judgemental perspective on how to thrive during menopause.

Yes, this is exactly what I need.
