It’s an invitation to plant one powerful seed of intention, something your heart is calling you toward, and to give it the attention, nurturing, and community it needs to grow.

A 5-Day Heart-Led Spring Journey

Because we all know what we “should” be doing, but this isn’t about another list of shoulds. It’s about slowing down, listening in, and honouring the whispers of change rising from within.

If you’ve been feeling a little out of rhythm, not quite yourself, perhaps a bit flat or disconnected, this journey offers a gentle return. A way to realign with your natural rhythm, and remember what it feels like to live from your heart again.

Over five days, you’ll be guided through story, Qigong practice, and journaling for insight, each a doorway to come home to yourself. Together, we’ll tend the soil of your wellbeing, and create space for your Shen, spirit, to return to its home in the heart.

You’ll also have the chance to bring your intentions and questions directly to me, a naturopath, across three live 1-hour Zoom circles, where we’ll explore your intention, Qigong, and journaling together. I’ll also share some of my favourite spring recipes to nourish body and spirit.

What to Expect

Over five nourishing days, you’ll be guided through reflection, movement, and gentle accountability to bring your chosen intention to life.

  •  A small, supportive community of like-minded women, sharing encouragement and accountability as your intention takes root

  • Direct access to my naturopathic insight during the live sessions, practical tools you can adapt at home

Nurture your seed, bring that intention into our shared container, and receive guided practices, Qigong, journaling prompts, and community support to help you tend it with compassion and consistency.

Watch it grow, over five days you’ll notice subtle but powerful shifts, a clearer mind, lighter energy, and a deeper connection to self, plus simple next steps to continue the momentum.
