A Morning Reset:

You may be feeling tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected after the fullness of summer. There may be a quiet longing to pause, catch your breath, and reconnect with yourself.

This three-hour morning retreat is a gentle space to slow down, settle your nervous system, and remember who you are beneath the busyness of life.

I will guide you through gentle Qigong and somatic movement to awaken vitality and help your body open and settle.

Then, we will move into guided meditation and deep restorative rest, giving you a quiet inner space where insight and clarity naturally arise. Journalling and reflection will support you to listen deeply to your body, your heart, and your inner wisdom.

This is not about fixing yourself or setting resolutions. It is about coming back to yourself, grounding, and noticing what you want to carry forward.

You will leave feeling more connected to your body, re-energised, and in touch with your inner voice. Many women notice a gentle return of motivation, joy, and direction.

March in Aotearoa is the start of autumn, a perfect time to pause and reflect. After the long, full days of summer, the energy invites us to turn inward, restore balance, and tune into what we need.

This is a place to land, a place to breathe, a place to come home to yourself.

A Bit About Qigong

“Qigong changes your life and helps you to experience something bigger than yourself.”

This quote from my Qigong teacher, a Master of Taiji Quan and Qigong, perfectly captures why I was drawn to this ancient practice. While I initially dabbled in Qigong, with yoga taking the spotlight for a while, I felt called back to Qigong’s healing energy. After recently completing my Qigong teacher training, I’m excited to share its transformative power with others.

Qigong is a safe, gentle practice that anyone can do, regardless of age or experience. It’s one of the most powerful and expansive somatic practices I’ve ever encountered, a deeply embodied way to integrate mind, body, and spirit. “Qi” means life force, and “Gong” means cultivation or mastery.

Through slow, intentional movements, Qigong works to balance the body’s energy and support nervous system regulation.

Since bringing Qigong into my work with women, I’ve seen the profound difference it makes, helping them feel grounded, centred, and more at home in themselves. It offers a nourishing way to release old patterns, calm overwhelm, and reconnect with the inner rhythm that so often gets lost in the noise of daily life.

In a retreat space, Qigong becomes even more potent. Practised together in community, it becomes a kind of moving meditation, soothing, restorative, and quietly powerful. It's an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to your own sacred centre.

A Bit About Me:

With over 20 years in the wellness industry, I’ve had the privilege of working with women to help them reconnect with their bodies and understand their unique health journeys.

As a qualified naturopath, herbalist, and bodyworker, I support one-on-one clients, run online group programs, and facilitate transformative retreats.

My passion lies in helping women navigate their cyclical health—understanding the rhythm of their hormones and how they can support their bodies through life’s natural transitions.

Through my work, I offer a holistic approach that combines naturopathic wisdom with practical tools for hormone balance and well-being.

Recently, I completed my teacher training in Qigong, a practice I love not only for its gentle movements but for the deep mind-body connection it creates.

Sharing Qigong with clients has become one of the most rewarding parts of my work, especially as it supports stress regulation and invites a sense of calm and balance.

I’m also a foodie at heart, and I believe in the power of food as medicine. I’m passionate about teaching others how to nourish their bodies with wholesome, healing foods that support their overall health and hormonal well-being.

There’s a special magic that unfolds when we come together in a retreat space, an energy that invites us to simply be. I love witnessing the transformation that happens when we slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and allow life’s playful side to re-emerge.

My three kids are my constant reminder to embrace joy, laughter, and the playful energy that we sometimes forget as adults, and I’m forever grateful for that.

Yes, this is exactly what I need.
